FMEII Karnataka Chapter brings together the managements of minority schools and colleges across the state to raise standards, share what works and speak with one voice.

Our mission
To unite minority-managed schools and colleges across North, Coastal and South Karnataka; strengthen their leadership and teaching; represent their common concerns to government and the education department; and prepare their students for higher education, careers and responsible citizenship.
Aims and objectives
- Unite institutionsBring minority educational institutions of every division onto one platform for cooperation and mutual support.
- Recognise excellenceHonour school leaders and institutions for results, innovation and good practice through the School Leaders Awards.
- Represent and advocateTake common concerns to the education department and government, and support members with approvals, compliance and paperwork.
- Raise teaching qualityProvide training, resource persons and supplementary material, and encourage innovative pedagogy.
- Share resources and practicesEncourage school visits, shared sports grounds and coaches, and inter-school activities.
- Guide students earlyOffer career counselling from Grade 6 onward, not only in Grades 10 to 12.
- Promote value educationSupport moral and value education, including Deeni Taleem, alongside academics.
- Connect students to careersLink graduates with employers through partners such as Job Bridge Node.
